Foster Made is looking to hire a talented CMS Developer to join our growing team. This is a full-time position for a developer ready to jump in and provide thoughtful development, updates, and site enhancements that exceed the status quo. Your primary focus will be developing sites in ExpressionEngine CMS, although you may at times work with other platforms such as Craft and WordPress. You should have a history of working with ExpressionEngine, be a strong front-end developer, and have a working knowledge of developing custom ExpressionEngine add-ons.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, an excellent communicator, and thrives when working in other people's code. You enjoy working on multiple projects and solving complex challenges for a wide variety of organizations, and you also find joy interacting with other humans and find success in all of the little wins along the way.

What we can expect from you
Experience & Ability
- Experienced developer who’s ready to provide thoughtful solutions to complex challenges. You’re experienced with php-based Content Management Systems and ideally have exposure to Craft CMS, ExpressionEngine and WordPress.
- Familiar with developing custom add-ons for your CMS of choice. You can bend the CMS to your will, and you know how to do so responsibly.
- Familiar with configuration and support of Linux-based hosting environments.
- Excited about contributing thoughtfully to the architecture and development of content managed sites with complex data models and hundreds and thousands of pages.
- Experienced with source control and Git in a team environment. Merge conflicts don't scare you, and you're as comfortable with git from the command line as you are from the GUI.
- Experienced in an agency environment where people, budgets, and results matter. You're confident in providing estimates and know how to stay on-schedule and on-budget.
