This is a full-time position for a digital project manager ready to jump in and champion the success of our work as an advocate for the client, team, and project. What we can expect from you
Experience & Ability
You have strong written and oral communication skills and experience leading successful projects. You’re also an active listener who has the desire and capability to ask questions that uncover needs and pain points in conversations.
You’re capable of scheduling and leading internal and client-facing meetings. You don’t mind taking the lead to guide meetings and conversations, and you’re able to regularly communicate status updates to all participants outside of meetings too.
Organization is kind of your thing. You’re proficient at maintaining systems of organization, delegating tasks, and allocating resources.
Making and sticking to a schedule is also kind of your thing. You’re able to create and oversee scheduling, actively track progress, and monitor a budget.
You’re a people person. You understand that managing projects involves many different types of people. You’re willing to collaborate, problem solve, and navigate roadblocks. You’re also capable of crisis management and maintaining professionalism under stress.
You keep things in line, but you also know how to be flexible when you need to be. You’re comfortable with multitasking and able to manage multiple projects.
You’re capable of providing estimation and planning support for sales and business development. You have an idea of the big picture, and you’re not afraid to jump into different parts of the process when needed.
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan projects to ensure that they are completed within defined time and budget, and monitor progress of projects to ensure they meet targets and client expectations.
Provide regular status updates to clients. Ensure all stakeholders have a clear view of activities, milestones, costs, and risks at all times. Facilitate presentation of milestones/deliverables to the client.
Collaborate and communicate regularly with internal team leads on project resourcing, progress, and challenges. Interact closely with leaders and clients on any issues or questions that arise day to day.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including: allocate appropriate resources; review and update project schedule; create and manage project timelines; manage project budget; and maintain project documentation.
Establish and support positive relationships with teams and clients. Identify, recommend, and implement continuous improvements to process and team cadence. Manage team capacity to ensure the team has everything they need to work effectively and efficiently.
Know and understand all project budgets. Work closely with business development to define and vet risk and scope during the process of creating and revising SOWs.
