/ Professional Bio

Katie's path to project management stems from her longtime interest in people and systems. After graduating from Salisbury University with a double major in International Studies and Political Science, she started her career in the film and television industry. For over a decade Katie worked on the management side of the industry and was responsible for the logistics and organization of productions, which included tracking budgets, calendars, staffing, communications, and more.

As a DPM at Foster Made, Katie applies her uncanny ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time on a daily basis. Comfortable working in fast-paced and action-oriented businesses, she has always been committed to the efficiency of the process and keeping her teams and projects on track from "behind the scenes." Katie is most excited about helping our clients and team members succeed and contributing towards a culture that is transparent, supportive, and inspiring.
