/ Professional Bio

Paul’s past experience is both technical and entrepreneurial. While earning a Mechanical Engineering degree from Virginia Tech, he also managed to start a business — opening She-Sha Café & Hookah Lounge with a friend in 2004. Paul also worked as a sales engineer at an HVAC manufacturing company where he was able to leverage his knowledge of engineering concepts to help commercial building owners maintain and grow their facilities. With a knack for understanding business and technology, Paul joined Foster Made in 2011 to lead sales, but soon after became a partner.

Paul puts his exceptional organizational and communication skills to work every day, checking in with clients and internal teams to remove roadblocks, identify opportunities, and offer support. With a level head, good nature, and understanding of people, Paul keeps everyone on track, often making us laugh while he does it. Paul is also supremely adaptable and can pivot quickly, when needed, putting his talents to use where they will benefit the growth and success of Foster Made the most.
