We’re thrilled to share the story of our new office on East Grace Street, here in the heart of downtown Richmond. It’s been a long time coming. The renovation of our building was truly a labor of love, with an emphasis on labor, particularly for Shawn. But at the end of an arduous journey, all the effort was worth it. We love our new home.

Our friends at Fourth Line Films documented the process of 404 East Grace Street's renovation. Built in 1927, it was once the home of the photography shop, Foster Dementi Studio. Every detail of the reconstruction was in keeping with the building's historic character.

Filmed over the course of a year or so, this video captures the process of restoring the building as well as our thoughts on why we undertook this project. We hope you enjoy it and that you’ll come visit us soon.
