/ Professional Bio

Patty has always enjoyed working with and supporting people. After earning a BS in Education with a concentration in Foods and Nutrition from Eastern Illinois University, she spent several years as a fitness instructor and working at corporate events. She later transitioned to HR and a website manager role at that same events company, which ultimately led to positions in technical support and project management. Patty ultimately found her niche in digital project management and client operations, joining the Foster Made team in 2020.

With over 20 years of technical support and management experience, Patty is well-equipped to guide and assist our clients and team members in day-to-day tasks and operations. She spends most of her time managing projects for our retained services clients, keeping track of and ensuring progress on requests big and small. Most of all, Patty enjoys helping others accomplish their goals and maintaining positive relationships.
