Adam has spent his entire career at agencies. He is drawn to the diversity of work, the rapid pace, and the need for a mixed skill set that agency life brings. He has a wide range of development experience, including building apps for Richmond healthcare startups and a career development platform for a national food company supporting tens of thousands of employees. He enjoys collaborating with developers, designers, and user researchers and has managed and mentored a team of developers in his prior role.

Adam plays an important role in shaping Foster Made’s technical strategy. He contributes to various client projects and internal initiatives, spanning front-end and back-end technology stacks. Adam has a special interest in deconstructing complex monoliths into composable applications based on MACH principles.
