Nina brings her creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to the table to push Foster Made forward.
/ Professional Bio
Nina has been at Foster Made for ten years and a director for four. Prior to joining the team, her work experiences were both creative and entrepreneurial. She spent two summers launching micro-enterprises with teenage girls, was a social media specialist and barista at a local bakery, and has provided freelance copywriting, design, and photography services over the years in her spare time. She has a degree in business and art from the University of Richmond.

As a member of Foster Made’s leadership team, Nina applies her creativity and business know-how to her work on a daily basis to push Foster Made forward. Whether she's discussing business development opportunities, leading client strategy sessions, or dreaming up creative marketing concepts, she's always thinking about how people experience Foster Made. Her goal is to ensure the company's growth while caring for our customers and team members.

What do you love about your role?
"My job requires a lot of relationship-building and strategic thinking. You have to take the time to really listen to what people are saying and also to read between the lines. Equally important, you need to be able to turn those insights into action."
