Last week, a few of us were able to attend the 2015 ExpressionEngine Conference in San Antonio. From great speakers to wrapping up our time on a riverboat tour down the San Antonio Riverwalk, it was another solid conference.
This year’s topic was dedicated to the launch of ExpressionEngine 3.0. We really enjoyed learning more about the improvements and advancements this latest version has to offer and anticipate that some of these changes will make things much easier for us and our clients. To recap, we’ll share why we’re digging EE3.
Beyond features, I have to say my favorite takeaway from the conference this year was the sense of camaraderie and excitement as EllisLab exhibited a renewed commitment to the ExpressionEngine community and product. In addition to laying a foundation for faster product iteration, it’s clear they’re making an increased effort to listen and engage with EE users. This is all great news and a huge win for the ExpressionEngine community.
Now we’re back home in Richmond, excited about the latest and greatest in ExpressionEngine and looking forward to working more with the good people who make it and use it.
