HireRight initially reached out to Foster Made for help securing and streamlining their existing website, but it soon became apparent that a full-redesign and re-architecture was required. With HireRight’s global reach, they needed a site capable of offering highly localized content that could meet the cultural and legal requirements of the different regions they serve.

As a company focused on providing background checks, they also needed to ensure that their site was as secure as possible.

To remedy the multi-site disjointed experience, we worked with HireRight to create a site map that prioritized the most important information and streamlined the user experience.

From there, we went page by page to determine what content areas were going to be the same globally, and where there could be swappable modules of information that could be updated locally. At the same time, we were thinking beyond the existing content to ensure the site could continue to grow and adapt with the business.

In re-architecting HireRight's website, we had the opportunity to bolster their proactive security measures while also reducing the internal overhead required to maintain that security. The maintenance and upkeep of the legacy CMS fell entirely to the IT department, meaning significant time and resources were spent that could have been better used elsewhere.

In building a composable website from the ground up, we delivered a solution that was more secure and less expensive to maintain. Not only are bots and spam more easily screened out, increased uptime ensures fewer headaches for everyone, and offloading compliance to third-party vendors frees the IT department to focus on more pressing matters.
